Jewelry manufacturing or luxury sector (B2B mandatory)
Reporting To: MD / CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth and lead national sales operations.
Business development, market expansion, and brand building.
Manage key client relationships and overall profitability.
Collaborate with production & design on product strategy.
Sales forecasting, planning, and creating sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong leadership & team management.
Strategic thinking, data analysis, and decision-making.
Proficiency in sales tools/CRM; excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
