We are seeking a visionary Head of Sales & Marketing to partner directly with our CEO and leadership team. This role is not about managing a function--it's about shaping Addend's go to-market strategy, scaling revenue growth, and building a world-class brand presence in North America, Europe, and beyond.
You will own the customer journey--from strategy to execution--while building and leading a high-performance team that positions Addend as the partner of choice for Microsoft-based Data & AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
:
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the 3-year sales & marketing roadmap aligned with Addend's growth and valuation objectives.
Influence board-level strategy by identifying new market opportunities, vertical accelerators, and global expansion plays.
Shape policies, processes, and frameworks that establish a scalable, repeatable GTM engine.
Revenue Growth
Own and deliver aggressive sales and revenue targets across data analytics and AI solutions.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, account-based marketing, solution positioning, proposal submissions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Expand existing client relationships through upsell, cross-sell, and advisory-led engagements.
Build strategic alliances within the Microsoft partner ecosystem to create new revenue channels.
Client Success & Market Positioning
Act as the face of Addend Analytics with global clients, creating trust-based advisory relationships at C-level.
Translate client challenges into commercial opportunities by shaping solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
Position Addend as a thought leader through events, conferences, and industry forums.
Work with delivery teams to ensure on-time, value-driven execution.
Team Building & Enablement
Build, mentor, and scale a world-class Sales & Marketing team aligned with Addend's growth trajectory.
Foster a customer-first culture across the company.
Introduce data-driven sales analytics, pipeline management, and performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
:
15+ years of progressive experience in technology sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of scaling revenues in an IT/Analytics company, ideally from <$10M to $30M+.
Minimum 3+ years in a Microsoft partner organization, with deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
5+ years of experience working with North American/European clients, with a strong network of CXO-level relationships.
Expertise in account-based marketing, enterprise sales, and building GTM strategies.
Familiarity with digital marketing, sales automation tools, and modern demand generation techniques.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate, influence, and close complex deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
