Rajwansh is Pune's emerging indoor-outdoor wedding venue, blending elegance with scale. As we gear up for the busy Nov-May wedding season, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Head to shape our brand, drive bookings, and build lasting vendor relationships.

What You'll Do

- Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation ? walkthroughs ? bookings

- Create and manage our presence on Instagram, WedMeGood, and wedding platforms

- Tie up with vendors: event planners, decorators, caterers for lead sharing

- Plan & host monthly open-house events to showcase the venue

- Manage an intern from September & assist in scaling the sales team

- Build weekly sales activity reports for internal tracking

- Strategically book dates for max revenue with lean efforts

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years in wedding sales / hospitality / event marketing

- Understanding of Pune/Nashik wedding market

- Good grip on social media strategy and wedding platforms

- Energetic, client-focused, and organized in approach

- Fluent communication & negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Night shift
Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
Work Location: In person
