Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the highly competitive real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional customer engagement across residential, commercial, and mixed-use property segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop sales plans and strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure effective lead conversion.

Establish strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Marketing Strategy:

Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns including digital, print, outdoor, and event-based channels.

Oversee social media presence, website, SEO/SEM initiatives, and CRM platforms.

Work with external agencies and internal teams to develop compelling property marketing collateral.

Team Management & Development:

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Set clear KPIs, review performance regularly, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Budget & Reporting:

Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Provide regular performance reports to senior management with insights and actionable recommendations.

Use data analytics to measure ROI and optimize marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.

Proven track record of leading successful sales and marketing teams.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and lead generation tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

High level of strategic thinking and business acumen.
