We are on a mission to deliver powerful, scalable, and user-friendly software to help businesses grow. As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Head to lead our revenue generation and market expansion strategies.
Role Summary:
As the Sales and Marketing Head, you will play a key role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, building the brand, generating leads, closing business deals, and establishing long-term client relationships. You will be instrumental in driving growth and building the team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and client onboarding.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Marketing & Branding
Create and implement marketing plans including digital marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and more.
Lead brand-building efforts, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Manage and analyze marketing budgets and campaigns to improve ROI.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Mentor junior team members and establish KPIs for performance tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, tech) to align marketing with product delivery.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Gather customer feedback to support product development and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales and digital marketing.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
Strong understanding of software products, SaaS models, and IT services.
