Lead the sales and marketing strategy for building material products, drive business growth, manage teams, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
Handle B2B/B2C sales for contractors, builders, architects, dealers
Achieve revenue targets and expand market share
Build and manage distributor & dealer networks
Lead and mentor the sales team
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Plan promotional activities, campaigns, and branding
Build strong customer relationships and negotiate key deals
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and manage budgets
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of

Dealer management and channel sales expertise
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience in building materials is mandatory
