Qualification i. UG - BE/ B. Tech. - Metallurgy/ Mechanical
ii. A Master's degree in a business-related field is preferred
Experience 12--15 Yrs. in Steel industry, preferable in Wire Drawing business
Job brief We are looking for an dynamic,result oriented, experienced, dedicated & analytical GM of Sales to join our team to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from the daily activities of the sales team to managing large clients.
having in-depth knowledge and understanding of their market and knowing competitive products.
He must also be excellent communicators with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals.
Should have good presentation and negotiation skills
Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
Manage respective sales teams and maintain sales operations
Manage sales budgets
To meet, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales goals
Motivate & lead the sales teams to achieve their goals
Monitor the market and competitor products and activities
Prepare & Collect Data of detailed sales forecasting
Anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
Update Senior Management about the need to upgrade any equipment in-line with market requirement, or from strategic point of view
Reporting & MIS
Leadership
Mentor team members and manage the team in case of issues/disputes
Set goals for each team member and motivate the team to achieve the same
Ensure knowledge up-gradation or trainings for team wherever necessary
