We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solar product sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the renewable energy market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets. Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, emails, and online campaigns. Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets. Present solar solutions to clients, conduct site assessments, and prepare proposals/quotations. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Manage pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights. Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional events. Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with rooftop and/or off-grid solar systems. Familiarity with government policies, subsidies, and tendering processes in the solar sector.
