General Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies:
This includes creating plans to reach target audiences, promote products/services, and drive sales.
Generating leads and nurturing prospects:
Identifying potential customers and engaging with them to move them through the sales funnel.
Managing marketing campaigns:
Planning, executing, and analyzing the performance of various marketing efforts, including digital and traditional channels.
Building and maintaining customer relationships:
Providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities:
Staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Collaborating with sales teams:
Working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Creating and managing marketing materials:
Developing content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs):
Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts and providing regular reports to management.
