Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, generating leads, driving student enrollments, and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other institutions. This role is based in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market our educational classes and programs across various channels Generate new leads and convert them into successful enrollments Conduct and lead client meetings, demos, and presentations (online & offline) Coordinate with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational partners Organize and host webinars and outreach events Develop and execute field marketing activities Maintain and expand a strong database of potential clients

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be comfortable with regular field work Strong experience in sales & marketing within the education industry Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills Existing client database is a plus Prior work experience in ed-tech firms is highly preferred Ability to meet targets and work independently

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or any related field MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred, but not mandatory) 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the ed-tech or education industry Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
