-- is hiring dynamic and experienced professionals for our Sales & Marketing team across India.

1 Position - Kolkata (Head Office)

1 Position - Gujarat & Maharashtra Region

1 Position - South India Region

1 Position - Delhi & NCR Region

Experience Required

3-10 years of experience specifically in the Height Safety or Fall Protection category (mandatory)

(Experience in lifeline systems, fall arrest equipment, safety PPE, or similar technical safety products.)

Key Responsibilities

Generate, manage, and follow up on high-quality B2B leads Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned region Promote height safety and fall protection solutions to industrial and infrastructure clients Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

Maintain sales pipelines and submit accurate weekly/monthly sales reports Update CRM regularly and coordinate internally for technical & commercial support Travel extensively within the assigned region for client meetings and site assessments

Required Skills

Strong technical understanding of lifeline systems and fall protection equipment Excellent B2B sales and lead generation capability Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to independently handle regional sales and manage key accounts Good analytical and reporting skills

Education Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil) preferred

Any graduate with mandatory height safety/fall protection experience will be considered

Travel Requirement

Frequent travel required within the designated region

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹3-10 Lakhs per annum
