Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Promote company services through effective marketing strategies, presentations, and client meetings.
Manage and grow existing client accounts by ensuring strong customer relationships and regular follow-ups.
Assist in developing sales plans, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, digital marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
