Job Description

1) Coordination with the back office tele caller & ensure leads generation.

2) Project wise leads segregation to the site sales team.

3) Ensure site visit of the allotted leads from the respective sites.

4) Continues follow up with the each sites sales persons on each and every leads.

5) Ensure payments from all customers on time.

(May be reminder mails/sms/phone calls can be flash well before).

6) Sale Agreement should reach to the customer on time and ensure that the same should signed

and come back to us within the specific time period.

7) Deal with Home Loans and Collections.

Notice Period - 7 to 10 days

Eligibility Criteria

1) Candidate must have graduation in Bachelor degree

2) Candidate must have exposure in Real Estate background

2) Candidate should be smart, presentable and able to meet targets

3) Candidate must have fluency in all 3 languages , Bengali, Hindi and English

4) Candidate should not crumble under pressure

Experience

Candidate must have minimum experience of 5 - 7 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
