Job Summary:
Mediog Labs is seeking a Sales Executive to drive adoption of our cutting-edge
Teleradiology PACS
solution across diagnostic labs, hospitals, and imaging centres. This role is 90% focused on office-based cold calling, with occasional field visits (10%) for key client meetings or demonstrations.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a tele-sales driven environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be motivated to generate and convert leads consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cold calls to potential clients to generate qualified leads.
Schedule online or in-person demos for interested leads.
Occasionally visit prospective clients (e.g., diagnostic labs, hospitals, imaging centres) for high-impact meetings or deal closures.
Present and explain the Teleradiology PACS features, benefits, and pricing to decision-makers.
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up via phone, email, or occasional field interaction.
Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, and sales activities using CRM or tracking tools.
Achieve or exceed monthly targets in terms of call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and suggestions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in
English, Bengali, and Hindi
is mandatory.
Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in
cold calling, software sales, or medical B2B sales
is strongly preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work independently.
Basic understanding of technical software solutions and healthcare systems.
Comfortable with local travel for field visits (travel expenses covered).
Preferred Qualifications (Optional but a Plus):
Exposure to healthcare IT, radiology systems, or SaaS telesales.
Basic understanding of CRM tools or sales tracking platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
