: Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on various sales channels including dine-in, bulk orders, banquets, parties, corporate events, and outdoor sales. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our brand presence through strategic partnerships, excellent customer service, and innovative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-House Dine-In Sales:


Proactively engage with customers to enhance their dining experience.


Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and upsell menu items to increase revenue.


Address customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

• Bulk Delivery/Order Sales:


Identify and establish relationships with clients requiring bulk food delivery for events or regular orders.


Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing for bulk orders.


Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality service.

• Banquet Sales for Large Branches:


Promote banquet facilities for weddings, conferences, and large gatherings.


Conduct site tours and create customized packages to meet client needs.


Ensure smooth coordination between clients and operational teams.

• Anniversary, Birthday, and Other Party Sales:


Develop and market party packages for various celebrations.


Act as the primary point of contact for event planning and execution.


Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Outdoor Sales:


Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to promote catering services.


Represent the brand at community events and expos to generate leads.


Track outdoor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

• Corporate Sales (In-House & Outdoor):


Secure partnerships with corporate clients for catering, dine-in discounts, and events.


Organize and host corporate luncheons, networking events, and meetings to showcase offerings.


Develop strategies to target new corporate accounts.

• Event-Related Third-Party Sales:


Partner with event organizers to position the brand as the exclusive food provider.


Coordinate food facilities and manage logistics for events.


Ensure brand visibility and maintain high standards of service at third-party events.

Qualifications and Skills:


Proven experience in sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.


Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision.


Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary:


A fixed minimal salary to ensure financial stability.
