we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive with 5 to 6 year Experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and partners, to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of travel sales, and business development and must have previously managed overseas agents.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs \xc2\xb7 Arrange business meetings and present presentation with prospective clients \xc2\xb7 Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services addressing or predicting clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives \xc2\xb7 Prepare sale contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines \xc2\xb7 Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. \xc2\xb7 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support \xc2\xb7 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers \xc2\xb7 Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Job Requirements Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Proven working experience as a business development specialist 5+ years minimum in Tourism industry \xc2\xb7 Proven sales track record \xc2\xb7 Expertise in preparing Presentation \xc2\xb7 Experience in customer support is a plus \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English \xc2\xb7 Market knowledge \xc2\xb7 Communication and negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to build rapport \xc2\xb7 Time management and planning skills \xc2\xb7 Bachelor/MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field \xc2\xb7 Languages known English, Hindi & Marathi \xc2\xb7 Must have passport Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb95,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 per month Day range:
