Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Follow up with clients for payments, orders, and feedback.

Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in developing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness. Create and manage social media content, email marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends. Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posts). Plan and participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns. Support digital marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, and online advertising (if applicable).
