Company Overview

We are a leading manufacturer of Electric Vehicle (EV) components including Motors & Controllers, Batteries, Wire Harnesses, Gearboxes, Throttles, and BMS for e-Rickshaws, L5 3-wheelers, electric autos, and 2-wheelers. We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our presence in the EV sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company growth objectives in EV motors, controllers, batteries, and related components. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with Companies, dealers, sub-dealers, and clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to guide business strategy. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to enhance customer experience and streamline project execution. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management. Regularly meet new Clients, customers, dealers & sub-dealers while collecting sales and service feedback from existing networks. Drive business expansion by positioning the company as a key player in the EV components sector.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience, including 2+ years in the EV industry. Strong knowledge of EV components, financing options, and market trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking with proven ability to achieve revenue targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within assigned territory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
