We're looking for a driven and results-focused Sales and Marketing Executive to grow our business, build strong client relationships, and help close high-value deals. The ideal candidate has a background in real estate sales and liaisoning, and knows how to navigate both clients and regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads in the real estate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Coordinate with legal and government bodies for approvals, NOCs, and other compliance needs.
Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns, site promotions, and lead generation initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
Handle site visits, client presentations, and post-sales service.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and forecasting as required.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.
Hands-on experience in liaisoning with local authorities, municipal offices, or government departments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
