Key Responsibilities:



We are seeking a

sales and marketing expert

for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies for copper products. The role requires strong industry knowledge, business acumen, and proven expertise in sales and negotiation Within copper and metallurgy sectors, across both B2C and B2B domains.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for copper products. Identify and build relationships with potential clients, distributors Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and price fluctuations in copper markets. Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution. Generate regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Key Requirements:



Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5-10 years of proven sales experience in Metallurgy or copper Industry. Strong understanding of copper grades, pricing mechanisms, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and meet business targets. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software.

Languages Required:



Hindi, Telugu, and English - All three languages are compulsory.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location..
