Aacess Equipments is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a willingness to learn industry-specific products and processes. This role involves managing customer enquiries, coordinating project-related documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the production team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new enquiries and thoroughly understand customer requirements.
Prepare competitive offers and quotations tailored to client needs.
Revise and update quotations based on customer feedback and specifications.
After receiving the Purchase Order (P.O), prepare and share the General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) for client approval to initiate production.
Coordinate and schedule client inspections upon completion of the unit.
Implement required modifications based on inspection observations.
Obtain final dispatch clearance from the client after approvals.
Ensure all relevant documents--test certificates, manuals, and other deliverables--are prepared and handed over to the client.
Ensure the final product is defect-free and meets all quality standards.
Requirements
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Basic knowledge of sales processes, customer coordination, or technical product communication (preferred but not mandatory).
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible to apply.
