Identify and generate new leads through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the manager.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification:
Any Graduation
Proven experience in sales (1-3 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel if required.
