Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new leads through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the manager. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals professionally. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Preferred Qualities



Self-motivated and target-driven. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to learn products/services quickly. Fluency in local language + English, Telugu and Hindi

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum qualification:

Any Graduation

Proven experience in sales (1-3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Good presentation and convincing skills. Willingness to travel if required.
