Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and develop new business opportunities in the automotive and engineering sectors.

Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Handle RFQs, prepare and submit quotations, and manage techno-commercial discussions.

Coordinate with customer

purchase and quality teams

to understand requirements and resolve issues.

Follow up on orders, dispatches, and payments in coordination with internal departments.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.

Coordinate closely with

production, quality, and logistics teams

for smooth execution of customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Any Graduate (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum

2-3 years of working experience

in a

casting company / manufacturing



/ any other industry with B2B sales exposure

.

Excellent fluency in English (verbal & written) - mandatory.



Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good presentation, reporting, and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,088.19 - ₹30,000.00 per month
