Roles and responsibilities:

Warmly greet customers, ask about their needs, and recommend suitable furniture options based on style, material, and budget. Maintain deep product knowledge--features, finishes, pricing, care--so you can confidently advise customers. Execute sales transactions accurately: process payments, arrange delivery and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Keep the showroom visually appealing: organize displays, restock inventory, and highlight promotions. Support marketing efforts: participate in campaigns, promotions, and assist with social media or in?store events. Gather customer feedback and handle complaints promptly to build loyalty and encourage repeat visits. Help with market research and track trends to align promotions and inventory with customer interests.
