We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in a fast-paced logistics company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both sales and marketing, particularly in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive sales, generate leads, and strengthen the company's market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Lead Management:
Collecting market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and present customized sales proposals to potential clients.
Close deals and meet sales targets to drive business growth.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Reporting:
Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, offering ongoing support and services.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in both sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is highly desirable.
