Interact with schools principals , teachers and parents as well as students Organising field work and ensure that all necessary information is available to relevant departments Dealing with customer inquiries and orders Make reminder calls and take follow ups Encourage and build a team environment Research and analyze market conditions and opportunities Map potential customers and competitors for the product Co - ordinate with the marketing , sales , technical and administrative departments Prepare and maintain sales data / reports / status in Excel Conduct and coordinate sales team meet Develop procedures for up gradation , target advertising , innovative marketing To prepare sales document Experience
