Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, calls, and digital platforms. Generate leads and convert them into customers. Promote and market products/services to retailers, distributors, or end customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, or events. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/database. Coordinate with the internal team for timely deliveries, payments, and service support.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques Willingness to travel locally Self-motivated and target-oriented Good interpersonal and presentation skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Freshers with strong interest in sales and field work can apply Tamil language proficiency is a must; English or Hindi is an added advantage Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Salary Range:

?17,000 - ?22,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives + allowances
