The candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in the polymers and
packaging industry.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through B2B and industrial customer
engagement.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical specs to clients.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
Marketing & Business Development
Execute marketing plans including product promotions, exhibitions, and customer
outreach.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new
opportunities.
Coordinate with the R&D/production teams to introduce new products based on
customer demand.
Develop content for brochures, digital platforms, and presentations.
Customer Management
Address client queries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain client databases, manage CRM entries, and provide regular follow-ups.
Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of
products.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare sales reports, pipeline status, forecast analysis, and performance reviews.
Monitor receivables and coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups.
Maintain records of client communications, quotations, and contracts.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
