Role Overview



This role is an ideal launchpad for ambitious marketing graduates seeking to

build a career in business development and corporate sales

. You will be

trained for 3 months under our experienced Business Development Manager (BDM)

, and get direct exposure to:

Client acquisition strategies Corporate communications Real-time sales operations Marketing initiatives Field visits and business meetings

Key Responsibilities



Work alongside the BDM to

identify and onboard new clients

. Actively contribute to

customer acquisition strategies

across industries. Participate in

client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations

. Execute sales plans to

drive business growth and revenue

. Conduct

market research

and identify new business opportunities. Assist in

email campaigns, digital outreach, and CRM updates

. Join field visits to develop real-world understanding of

sales and marketing

functions. Help build strong

customer relationships

through continuous engagement and follow-ups.

Who You Are



A recent

graduate in Marketing (MBA/BMS/BBA)

from a recognized institute. 0-8 months of experience in

sales, business development, or marketing

(preferred but not mandatory). Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

. Proactive, energetic, and willing to work in

a field and corporate setting

. Basic understanding of

sales tools, CRM, or digital marketing

is a plus.
