Job Title:

Sales & Marketing Executive (Software Development)

(A growing software development company providing web, mobile, ERP, CRM, and custom software solutions.)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new clients and bring in software development projects.

Generate leads through telephonic and online calling.

Handle client meetings, presentations, and product demos.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Promote company marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and partnerships.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation.-

Coordinate with the development team to fulfil client requirements.

Required Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT / Software Sales (Freshers with good communication can also apply).

Strong communication and negotiation skills (Marathi, Hindi, English).

Confident in client handling and project presentations.

Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is an added advantage.

Fluent in English communication.

Knowledge of fb campaign is added advantage.

Qualification Required:

MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Sales / Business Development) -

Preferred

BE / B.Tech (Any stream, preferably IT / Computer Science)

BBA / BBM (Bachelor of Business Administration / Management)High Experience

Additional Certifications (Added Advantage):

Certification in

Digital Marketing

Training in

CRM tools

(Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.)

Salary / Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 - ?60,000 per month (based on experience).
