Key Responsibilities:
Visit prospective clients and existing customers in assigned territory.
Promote and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market visits.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Collect feedback and market intelligence for continuous improvement.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and trade shows.
Maintain and submit daily reports on sales activities, visits, and client feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or field marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the region.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
Two-wheeler or vehicle (preferred, depending on region).
