Job Description

We are looking for an

experienced and confident Female Sales & Marketing Executive

(MBA in Marketing) with

5-10 years of proven experience

in reputed industries -- preferably

Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate.

The candidate must have

excellent English communication skills

, strong

client-handling and presentation abilities

, and a deep understanding of

project-based sales under the PMC model.

Key Responsibilities

Sale:

Sales:

Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, and professional networking. Identify and approach

builders, architects, government departments, and corporate clients.

Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and assist in deal closures. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business. Prepare

sales reports

, target achievements, and weekly performance summaries. Coordinate with

Project Management

and

Technical teams

for client requirements.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Plan and execute

marketing campaigns (online & offline).

Promote services through

social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.

Work with the design team for

brochures, catalogs, and promotional material.

Participate in

exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events

to boost brand visibility. Conduct

market research

and report competitor trends.

Requirements

MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)

5-10 years of proven experience

in Sales & Marketing Experience in

construction / infrastructure / PMC companies preferred

Excellent

spoken and written English

Strong

presentation and negotiation skills

Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

& basic

digital marketing tools

Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented

Willing to

travel locally

for client meetings and site visits
