Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial multi-functional role within our dynamic real estate team. Combining sales support, customer relationship management, and market analysis, this position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Generate leads through various marketing channels including digital platforms, referrals, and networking Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential clients Maintain client database and follow up on leads and inquiries Create marketing materials including brochures, property listings, and promotional content Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers Organize and participate in property exhibitions and marketing events Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management review Handle customer queries and provide post-sale support

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer preferences Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software Knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams Results-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales targets Creative thinking for marketing campaigns and promotional activities Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills Fluent in Hindi and English.

Experience Required:

3-5 Years minimum
