JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy

sales and marketing executive

to join our organization. The candidate must have a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert leads across multiple platforms. A good grasp of e-marketing, LinkedIn networking, online search techniques and internet market research is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. E-MARKETING AND ONLINE EXPOSURE :

1. Run lead generation campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant tools.

2. Maintain and optimize the company's online presence through digital marketing techniques.

3. Use LinkedIn for business networking, lead generation and brand building.

4. Conduct effective online searching for client acquisition, market insights, and industry trends.

B. RESEARCH SKILLS :

Perform competitive and market research through online sources to support business strategies.

Conduct effective online searching for client acquisition, market insights and industry trends.

C. SALES

:

Identify and convert potential clients through direct outreach, cold calling and follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for long term business growth .

Prepare customized sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics.

D. INTERNET MARKETING EXPOSURE :

Maintain and optimize the company's online presence through digital marketing techniques.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. 2-3 year experience in sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce. proficient in LinkedIn, social media platforms, google tools and CRM system. Strong internet research skills and market awareness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
