We are a reputed company in the

Rubber Manufacturing Industry

dealing in automotive rubber components, rubber hose pipes, EPDM profiles, Elastoplast rings, rubber adhesives, hose pipes, and related components. We cater to industrial and commercial clients and are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive who can actively generate leads, meet clients, and help expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling to potential clients and explain product offerings Schedule and attend meetings with company owners and decision-makers Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients Understand client requirements and suggest suitable rubber manufacturing products Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales performance Provide regular updates and reports to management

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in field sales (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach Comfortable with field visits and client meetings Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
