What You'll Do:

Identify and connect with potential clients, build strong business relationships Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and outreach strategies Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to align client goals Maintain and grow brand presence on digital platforms and assist in social media strategy Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and customer insights gathering Create pitch decks, proposals, and assist in client presentations Track leads, manage follow-ups, and update CRM regularly Support leadership in scaling business development efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or business development Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and client relationship building Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace Strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
