passionate, smart, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives

to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach schools, institutions, and educational groups to promote our School ERP solutions Conduct client school Principal/Director meetings, software presentations, and demos to showcase product benefits Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with school administrators and decision-makers Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and offline campaigns in assigned regions Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain and update CRM entries, sales pipelines, and reporting dashboards

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in sales or marketing (preferred: EdTech or SaaS for schools) Must be a

graduate

in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or IT preferred) Excellent

communication and presentation skills

in Hindi and English Energetic, confident, and good at building rapport with clients Should be comfortable with

fieldwork and regular travel

across MP Must commit to working with the company for

at least 1 year

Basic understanding of School ERP or IT-based educational tools is a plus
