AI Sales Representative - Local Market Outreach

We are seeking a results-driven individual or team to leverage AI-driven calling tools to generate and manage sales leads for local businesses. The focus will be on targeting real estate, insurance, and startup sectors within the local market.

Responsibilities:

Utilize AI-based calling systems to initiate and manage outbound sales calls. Identify and engage potential clients in the

local real estate, insurance, and startup

industries. Present services effectively, address client inquiries, and schedule follow-ups or meetings. Maintain records of interactions and outcomes for performance tracking. Collaborate with the internal team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, especially within local markets. Familiarity with AI call automation tools and CRM systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client needs and align them with our offerings. Fluency in Hindi and English preferred.

Preferred:

Experience working with real estate agents, insurance advisors, or local startups. Prior exposure to tech-driven sales strategies or lead generation tools.
