Qualification (Mandatory)
Diploma / BE / BTech in
Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical Engineering
Strong technical understanding of engineering products and industrial services
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sector
Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Negotiate terms and close sales orders
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management
Attend client meetings, plant visits, and industry exhibitions
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (English required; Hindi/Marathi preferred)
Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM systems
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
