About the Role



We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated

Business Development Executive

who is passionate about sales, client relationships, and technology-driven solutions. If you have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and the desire to grow in the

HVAC / Instrumentation / Engineering Sales

domain, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities



Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and client visits. Work on sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for closures. Visit clients to present products and services, negotiate, and finalize orders. Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and track progress.

Desired Candidate Profile



Graduate from any stream. Candidates with education in Industrial Electronics, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Instrumentation are preferred but not necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet). Confident, motivated, and target-oriented with a willingness to learn. Good negotiation and closing skills. Team player with a positive attitude.
