Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing to promote our products/services, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Additional Key Responsibilities for Field Sales & Marketing



Conduct regular field visits

to clients and prospects to build rapport and strengthen customer relationships.

Plan and manage daily/weekly schedules

including route planning, appointments, and follow-ups to maximize territory efficiency.

Negotiate and close deals

with clients, handling objections and pricing discussions to secure contracts.

Demonstrate products/services on site

, showing features and benefits to convert prospects into customers.

Manage territory accounts

and maintain customer databases (CRM), ensuring up-to-date contact records and sales history.

Provide market feedback

on customer needs, preferences, and competitive activities to inform product and marketing strategies.

Monitor competitor activity

and market trends in the field to identify opportunities and threats.

Prepare detailed reports

of field activities, sales performance, and market insights for management review.

Coordinate field campaigns and promotions

with marketing teams, ensuring alignment of messaging and execution.

Manage customer inquiries and post-sale service issues

, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Attend and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and local events

to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Manage promotional materials

such as brochures, samples, and POS displays during field activities.

Assist in local marketing execution

, including field events, sampling campaigns, and local sponsorships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

(product, support, operations) to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in sales or marketing (freshers may apply)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

Office Timing : 10:30am to 6:30pm



Lunch time : 2:00pm to 3:00 pm



Holiday : only on Sunday



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
