We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Sales and Marketing Executive
to drive growth and market presence for our EdTech solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and user engagement. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, digital marketing skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching centers, and individual learners).
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Marketing:
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and content platforms.
Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters) to promote brand awareness.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce marketing collaterals.
Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and industry events.
Market Research & Strategy:
Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to product and development teams based on market insights.
Support in planning and implementing go-to-market strategies for new products/features.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience in content creation and copywriting.
Knowledge of the Indian education system and key stakeholders.
