Homesol Real Estate Advisory Firm is Hiring for Sales & Marketing Executive - Home Loans

Location: Borivali, Mumbai Experience: 5+ years in home loan sales/retail lending

About the Role:We're looking for a driven and experienced professional to join our team as a Home Loan Sales & Marketing Executive. If you have a strong background in customer acquisition, relationship management, and market development in the home loan sector, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

What You'll Do:

1) Drive home loan sales via direct channels, DSAs, builders, property consultants, and referral networks.

2) Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.

3) Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

4) Build and maintain relationships with builders, partners & housing societies.

5) Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.

6) Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

7) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing

8) Stay updated on RBI regulations and housing finance trends.

What We're Looking For:

1) 5+ years of experience in home loan sales or retail lending.

2) Strong knowledge of mortgage products, documentation & housing finance.

3) Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

4) Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

5) Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools & digital marketing is a plus

Qualifications:

1) Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related field.

2) Proven track record in sales & marketing of home loans.
