Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales presentations Follow up on leads, inquiries, and convert them into orders Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for order execution Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines Collect customer feedback and support complaint resolution

Marketing Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities Support brand building through exhibitions, trade shows, and digital platforms Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs Maintain customer and prospect data in CRM or sales records

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (industry-Automotive industry experience preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Good understanding of customer relationship management Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel as required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
