Core responsibilities

Strategy and planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Set and monitor sales goals and track performance against KPIs.

Marketing and content creation:

Manage and create engaging content for social media, websites, and other marketing materials. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Sales and customer management:

Generate leads through various channels, including outbound calls, networking, and digital outreach. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle their inquiries or complaints.

Analysis and reporting:

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
