Sale and Marketing Executive (Customer Calling Role)
Location:
Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience:
1 - 3 years (BPO / Customer Service / Scheduling preferred)
Education:
Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails to manage training inquiries and bookings.
The candidate will be required to make regular customer calls
Maintain and update (Data) client lists and training schedules of Existing and New Clients.
Coordinate with the training department to plan sessions effectively.
Keep accurate records and reports in Excel.
Generating invoices and preparing outstanding data
Prepare invoices and track outstanding payments.
Ensure all communications are handled professional manner.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Friendly, professional phone manner and positive attitude.
Ready to travel for work if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
