Identify and approach potential real estate clients to pitch digital marketing services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive leads and brand visibility for clients.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, website development, etc.).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and campaign reports.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and manage CRM updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or real estate sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
