Key Responsibilities



1. Sales and Market Development:

- Identify and engage with potential clients across the Maharashtra region.

- Promote Palram's range of roofing solutions to architects, contractors, and end-users.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by creating and executing a strategic sales plan.

2.Use civil engineering expertise to recommend the best roofing solutions based on client requirements.

3. Market Intelligence:

Identify opportunities for growth and product development.
4. Reporting and Collaboration:

- Prepare detailed sales reports and share insights with the management team.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:



Education

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in sales within the roofing or construction industry.

Skills:



- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand technical specifications and convey them effectively.

- Capability to travel extensively across the assigned regions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
