We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales and Marketing Executive
to join our team. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and events
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs
Support the development of marketing content (emails, social media posts, brochures, etc.)
Report on sales activity, market conditions, and competitor analysis regularly
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or digital marketing tools is a plus
Willingness to travel for client meetings or events as required
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, social media)
