Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads (schools, colleges, coaching institutes).
Build strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
Conduct product demos and presentations of CampusConnect ERP.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, seminars, and digital outreach.
Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategy.
Coordinate with the product and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in sales (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or ERP solutions).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing & lead generation channels.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
